Power Tab is a free Windows program (app) that allows the user to create, edit, print, and play back tabulature. Development of the program ceased long ago but it is functional under both Windows 7 and Windows 10.

There are still some places online where you can download it, a simple Google search should turn up a few. Since I appreciate the format I've also included it on this site and you can download it here. 

For anyone not interested in a separate program (app) I've exported all my Power Tabs as PDF which should open on most computers. If the PDF files don't work, well, tough luck. There are plenty of KISS tabulature online.

These are superbasic tabs that open up using any old text editor. All tabs for any given album are compressed to a ZIP- or RAR-file for easy download.
